Dumaguete City Stamp Club Exhibit @COSCA

I heard a lot of people collecting stamps. through those little stamps, it can somehow contribute a lot to a certain country. Before, this kind of collection, for me, is just a waste of time. But as what I have seen on the exhibit held in COSCA, that impression changed. Last Thursday, December 3, 2009, my classmates and I went to COSCA to witness the stamp collection exhibit. Upon entering the school's library, i was shocked seeing all those framed collections. I didnt expect that the world has many different kinds of stamps. We took pictures of ourselves with the framed collections. Aside from that, I looked on the stamps of the Philippines and discovered that behind those tiny things are great contributions on our country's history. Eventhough I wasnt able to read everything, through the figures printed on the stamps, I can see a little history, althoughit is not that obvious to look at. It was really a great experience! It's our great pleasure to be a part of that wonderful and educational exhibit. And now, I can say that people having this kind of collection are really deserving to be recognized and are worth it! In this exhibit, I learned that even the smallest things here on earth can really give and contribute big things
